Our story
My parents are from Guadalajara, Jalisco. My mom has been cooking since she was 8 years old and learned every Mexican dish from scratch. Birria de res is our specialty — it's what our guests ask for again and again.
Everything is home-made, 100% authentic, and cooked fresh on site so your guests eat it the way it's meant to be eaten: hot off the plancha.
More than tacos
Not in the mood for tacos? Book our mini pancakes cart, crepes cart, hot dog cart, burger grill, Chilaquiles Live Bar or Breakfast Live Bar as a standalone catering option. We also do pozole, menudo, tamales and more — ask about adding any of these to your event.
Catering packages
Every package includes the taquero, the setup and cooking on site — we arrive 1.5–2 hours ahead of serving time.
Need more time? Extra service hours beyond the included 2–3 hour minimum are $100/hour.
